The light green Fender Standard Stratocaster HSS is like the guitar I just ordered, except mine will be agave blue, like the color of the blue telecaster pictured. I'm thrilled to be finally getting a strat. Now I need to practice! The HSS is a standard strat with a humbucker pickup added at the bridge, and special settings in the controls to take advantage of the humbucker. The Standard guitars are made in Mexico under strict Fender control. Apparently the standards (Mexican strats) are excellent, and cost about half as much as an American strat.
